The adult Winter Reading Program encourages adult library patrons to make greater use of their NWRL branch facilites by visiting the library, checking out materials, using services, attending programs, registering for prizes, and generally enjoying the privilege of a library in their community.

In the Red Lake Falls Public Library, Book Blizzard runs throughout January and February.   Patrons are encouraged to visit & use the library often, register for prizes and attend programs.  Free bookmarks, coasters, popcorn & treats will be available.  Prizes, including ceramic coffee mugs, Block 2 Coffee gift certificates, fleece blankets and book socks will be given weekly and at the conclusion of the program.
