Professional Legal Aid for patrons

Legal Kiosks are computers located in the Roseau, Thief River Falls, and Warroad libraries that provide access to legal aid and advice.

Legal Kiosks provide the public with the ability to:

• apply for civil legal aid services
• access legal resources
• (in Roseau and Thief River Falls) attend online meetings and remote court hearings in privacy.
